These terms apply when you use Lumina (lumina-video.app). By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us at support@lumina-video.app.
1. Lumina is in beta
Lumina is an early version. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. Keep your own copies of anything important; do not rely on Lumina as the only place your videos are stored.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms.
- Give accurate information, and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One account per person. Creating extra accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.
3. Credits
- New accounts receive free credits. Each step shows its cost in credits before it runs.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset during the beta.
- There are no paid purchases during the beta. If that changes, prices and terms will be shown before you pay.
- During the beta, exported videos carry the Lumina mark.
4. Your content
- You own what you upload and the videos you make with Lumina. You give us permission to store, process and send that content to the services listed in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run Lumina for you.
- You must have the rights to everything you upload — footage, music, voices, logos and the people who appear in it.
- AI output can be wrong, can resemble other content, and can be similar to what others receive. Review every video before you publish it; you are responsible for what you post.
5. What you may not do
- Upload or create anything illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Impersonate real people, or make deceptive content about them, without their consent.
- Create sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses, threatens or promotes hatred against people.
- Use Lumina for spam, scams or misleading political content.
- Attack, overload, scrape or try to get around the limits of the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using Lumina at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or end the beta, and will give notice where we reasonably can so you can download your videos.
7. No warranty
Lumina is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Lumina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or content. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which during the free beta is zero. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Lumina after that means you accept the new terms.
